Why Firefox stops at "Waiting for partnerpage.google.com" ?

Firefox stops loading at "waiting for partnerpage.google.com". If I click on back arrow and then forward arrow my home page will load. Also the indicator in front of "igoogle" never stops circleing when on the home page and sometimes on other sites.
