Did you remove the ability to drag and store the tabs in the bookmark toolbar?

in the latest Aurora 8.02a if I'm right, I can no longer drag any tab to store it in the bookmark toolbar which is frustrating. The only fuction that is running over and over again is that when i drag a tab, that tab will open on a new window, if not it's only to organize the order of my open tabs.

If you have any news on that please inform me. I appreciate your efforts and hope you'll strive to make better products and improve even more in the future.

You can press the Ctrl key while dragging the tab to make a copy of that tab on the Bookmarks Toolbar.

You can drag the website favicon in the location bar to the Bookmarks Toolbar to bookmark the current tab.

  • Bug 674723 – Unable to drop tab into bookmark sidebar from tabbar.
  • Bug 675444 – It should be "drag tab" instead of "CTRL + drag tab" if we drop it to bookmarks/bookmarks panel
