Why do I keep getting the mozilla crash report every time I try to open firefox. It won't open. One day my computer just shut down by itself and when I tried to reopen mozilla it wouldn't and I got this crash report.
On the crash report it gives me to options;restart firefox or quit. I've clicked on both of these and nothing has happened I just keep getting the crash report. I have tried uninstalling and installing and still nothing works.

Ok, can you open it in safe mode? Hold shift while opening firefox. Otherwise install firefox into a new folder- Download fresh copy - select custom and change destination folder. If you need assistance Private message me or send me an e-mail. Info on my profile.
yes it can open in safe mode
In safe mode type in about:crashes and give us the crash id.
