I lost an email I sent this morning. It is no longer in history.

I went into the "sent" box to retrieve it. I had forgotten to "add attachments". It disappeared. I went into "history" and opened it. I thought I had "copied" it to "compose", but it did not "paste". I cannot find it. Can you help?

Sorry, Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
