When I log onto my Comcast email thru Firefox, it only shows the Inbox Preview, and does not let me open the entire inbox or individual emails, preferences or send a new email

If I don't use Firefox, but just use Internet Explorer, I can open the inbox and see all emails fine. I called a help line and they told me because I had both Norton and McAfee, there was a confliction between the two anti virus softwares in the registry files. They wanted big$$ to try and fix it with no guarantee, so I did not try it with them, I did delete McAfee, but the problem still exists

Underneath Inbox Preview, doesn't the View Entire Inbox link work?

That is a Javascript hyperlink, so make sure you don't have Javascript disabled completely, or partially - like with the NoScript extension.

The inbox preview works, but the "view entire inbox" does not work. How I 'able' the Java link?
