Loading websites causes Firefox to crash, pressing F5, the page loads correctly

I have users using Mozilla 5.0, when going to any website the browser crashes. Pressing F5, the page will re-load correctly.

This did not happen in version 3.6

You can try the Basic Troubleshooting page and see if you can narrow down the cause. Feel free to come back if nothing there has helped.

I have tried all the basic stuff. The user upgraded from 3.6.3 to version 5. I checked the hardware, NIC card driver is up to date, Windows 7 PRO is updated as well.
