Clients are complaining that they can only see our home page when using Firefox - none of the links work?
Our web site works fine from internet explorer.

The problem probably stems from the Helvetica font you're using on your site. See this thread for more info: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/750824
The links are to pdf's and they work for me in IE but not in Firefox.
I suspect there is something wrong with your website, as I seem to see other sites pdf s . You may be ale to get advice from http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=25

I may be seeing a problem that is not related to Helvetica font
I can see links on the site listed in the op system details, the first link I see for example is Obedience Classes within the main picture and it is http://caninebcenter.com/Class%20Agreement-new.pdf
In my setup of firefox, that link is offering to save the pdf rather than to open it as a new tab. I have the adobe plugin installed and other pdf s open in tabs without problems. AFAIK from a cursory inspection of the site front page I am seeing the same links in IE & Fx I do not notice any missing links, just links not opening pdf s.
An arbitrary example of a page containing a pdf link
- http://www.arrivabus.co.uk/serviceInformation.aspx?id=3676 </br> the "Download route map" can be opened in another tab on right clicking or open in the same tab if clicked http://www.arrivabus.co.uk/uploadedfiles/Services/North_West/NWGL8,8E_010309_010309m.pdf
@ John99,
You're referring to the links in the picture I think which are indeed in PDF format. The ones below the picture however which don't work in FF, but open properly in IE8 are standard html.
For example, if I right click "Our Services" and choose "Open in New Tab", I get the page you see in the screenshot. This is obviously not a PDF file.
@ regrannell,
A CSS Validator throws up a number of errors which might be provide a few clues. See http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fcaninebcenter.com%2F
Xircal,
Currently if I click "Our Services" it works ok. It will open the page you see, or it will open that page in another tab if I right click (I use windows XP). The links that do not work properly in Firefox are only the PDF ones.
Maybe the other links have been fixed since you tried them, or work for some but not all Firefox users.
@ John99,
The links underneath the image (which contains the PDF links) don't work for me unless I choose to open them in a new tab.
The PDF links work pretty much the same way as they do for you with the exception that they download automatically to the Windows Temp folder and open in Adobe Reader at the same time. That behaviour is the same regardless of whether I use IE or Firefox.
That may be because those PDF links have target="_blank"
I do not understand web page design, but it is looking rather as if the problem is not with Firefox but with the web page, so maybe the mozillazine forum I mentioned in a post above would be a better place for advice on fixing the problems.
