i cannot totally open my firefox, what can i do to solve this problem?

When I attempt to open a firefox browser, there's no any sign that the browser opening, that i can't even access the browser at all. I tried some troubleshooting such as re installing firefox, editing my firewall settings,etc. but still I can't open it. My other browsers, chrome and internet explorer, are working but my firefox is not. I really need to open firefox I hope you can help me.
