Get this message occasionally when using "analyze" in CCleaner: "You must close Firefox/Mozilla to allow the Internet Cache to be cleaned. Otherwise this process will be skipped." And I did Exit.

I use CCleaner at the end of each session on my home PC. Occasionally, I get the message 'You must close Firefox/Mozilla to allow the Internet Cache to be cleaned. Otherwise this process will be skipped.'

I exit Firefox every time I end a session.

I have the same problem. I've checked my processes, but I can't find other Firefox processes.

I fixed the problem by closing Thunderbird. Is it possible that Thunderbird is using Firefox resources?
