I can't load my Google toolbar on V5. How do I go back to V4?

I didn't read the small print before installing V5 and now all my Google info has gone, bookmarks, autofill, gmail etc. How can I go back to my previous version and will I get my info back?

Firefox 4 is end of life, it is not supported.

Unfortunately it has consequences of not being able to use Microsoft product email applications properly. As seen in a newsgroup without a reference a Google document. Which might explain why they are working on an Internet Explorer solution first.
