I have OSX 10.6.7 on a Mac Book Pro with an external monitor with multiple displays used. When I put Firefox in the primary window, it's fine, but when I move it to the secondary window it does not open additional windows when active in second display, also pop up windows are created but not visible nor zoomable. if I quit FF and restore sessions those lost windows are recovered.

I also have this problem (FF 5 - 6.0.2, Mac OS X 10.6), but I found that this only happens for me if I arrange my additional monitor so that the top is not aligned with the top of my primary monitor (System Preferences > Displays > Arrangement). If I align the tops of both monitors so that they're even, Firefox seems to work properly on the additional display. Please fix this issue, as I'd prefer not to position my displays this way.
