Try to delete Gmail cookies to see if that helps:

Try start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one or more of your add-ons might have caused the problem:

Did you install any new softwares/programs just before this problem started?

I was not able to view pdf documents in Firefox yesterday (I was able to before) so I know something went wrong. I remember it only happened right after I installed a new software, so I uninstall it and it solved the problem.

Since I haven't used a Mac for a while now so I couldn't really help you solving any problems that might involve with your OS. Some other Mac users in this forum will have to step in to see if they can help you further.

Just thought of one more thing, try to delete the cache to see if that helps:

Preferences -> Advanced Tab -> Network sub tab -> "Clear Now" button under "offline storage".

I really appreciate your help but it also did not help. How can I find the Mac users here? Thanks again.
