Report Broken Web Site features never completes

The Help feature under Firefox 3.6.15 allows reporting of a broken website , but if you encounter a broken web site and select the reporting feature, after filling the information the report requires and clicking Submit, the submission software never completes the submission and continues to display the submitting report pop up with the 'in progress' scroll bar. This would prevent notifying Mozilla of broken web site issues.
