I have opened the BSNL self service website in firefox. It opened but not working properly. Just hanging on. But it work in internet explorer. I wish to work in firefox not in IE. I hate IE. Please help me.

Many people have posted here over the past year that the site does not work in Firefox. Customers need to put pressure on BSNL to solve the problem. Please let them know you want to use Firefox.
