
Second request. No E mail received from you to hit link for password?
Name is George Taylor a long time customer and am having problem with password. You said you were sending E Mail to change password but I never received it?

Mozilla doesn't send emails. An individual user may have said he or she would send you an email, but it wouldn't be an official response.
If you would be kind enough to explain the nature of your problem again, I'll try to help you.
EDIT: you have spyware installed I just noticed. Go to Tools | Add-ons | Plugins and disable the FunWebProducts plugin. If it's not in there, look in the Extensions menu instead.
