My custom toolbar gets lost upon restarting Firefox

I create a custom toolbar. Upon FF4 restart, it is totally gone. The problem is intermittant, but happens quite often. Never had any such problem with any FF3 version.

There may be a problem with the file that stores details of customizations, for details on how to fix that see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Toolbar+keeps+resetting
