Well I could link you to the current release there are two big requirments needed in order to run it.

First the tablet (which is unknown since you made no mention) has to be running at least Android 2.0 or newer.

The second is what cpu it uses makes the difference. If you were to try and run it and it did not start then it may mean it has a ARMv6 type of cpu which is not supported which is not uncommon as many tablets old and new are using such a cpu in the huge list of many cpus used with Android.

Here is a link to latest release to try. http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/releases/4.0/android-r7/en-US/fennec-4.0.en-US.eabi-arm.apk

It might be helpful if I could get the link http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/releases/4.0/android-r7/en-US/fennec-4.0.en-US.eabi-arm.apk to work.

That is a link to a specific release which is no longer supported. You can use http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/releases/latest/ and follow the Android link.
