when i first use ff in the am, all appears okay; however in the early afternoon the screen doesn't show the information in the same format, it appears strange with out info as it is suppose to be. It is a little hard to explain exactly what is happening but it happens every day. Even if I close & reopen the browser.

Can you upload a screenshot of the problem?

no I can't show a screen shot, but the graphics appear all messed up. I called aol & the said reload the page , which sometimes works on the main screen but not on the portfolio screen. I never get this using internet explorer??

It's difficult to try and troubleshoot a problem if we cannot see what you can. The graphics appear messed up doesn't really provide much of a clue I'm afraid.

I tried to add screen shot using FF & IE but was not successful, Thanks for trying I guess I will stick with IE8

I tried that also & still no luck, the discription of my problem is that the graphic on the page are wrong & it appears to only be with aol main screen & portfolio screens. when i contacted aol, they stated that if i reload the page it would be ok, however it's not. So as I said above I'll stick with IE8.>thanks for the reply anyway. I just refreshed the main screen of aol & it corrected appeared, however the portfolio screen is still messed up. This is a very strange problem??

dear cor-el, clearing the cache does the trick, but must be done every day or whenever the problem appears, Great suggestion, Thanks so much for the help.
