Happened to me two, I couldn't use Norton safe search. This all you have to do, uninstall version 4.0 the go to goggle or Bing (I used Bing) then type in "download Mozilla 3.6 then just download 3.6 from another source. Because Mozilla won't have a link 2 any other version except 4.0
