Why Ctrl+T or New Tab do not work?

I use version 3.6.15 and found problem on yesterday when I press Ctrl+T, choose New tab or Click + in tab bar but it won't working, but in safe mode it's work then I tried to uninstall and re-install this version but it still the same problem.

Chosen solution

The Ask Toolbar is causing that in the Firefox 3.6.13+ versions. Disable that extension or un-install it.

Now I found solution - uninstall and remove all registry (use c-cleaner) then re-install, it's work.
