webkinz window is tiny w/mozilla regular size w/internet explorer

For 2 years I have played on Webkinz.com with my Granddaughter with no problems with Mozilla. About 3 weeks ago or so when we got on to play the sign in window is tiny and when you do sign in the playing area is not all on the screen. I tried everything I could think of, and finally took it to my computer person. He showed me I can access though Internet Explorer and it works fine, but not through Mozilla. What's up with that? I am not a savvy computer person so explain to me in very easy language please. Thanks!!

Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems: View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Cmd+0 on Mac)
