"Most Visited" is missing on Bookmarks toolbar and I can't get it back using suggested fixes, even in safe mode. What do I do?

Do you still have the other bookmarks on the Bookmarks Toolbar?

This did not work for me. I noticed that the "Most Visited" button was missing from the upper area of the FF window after a reboot - it was there beforehand. I cannot restore it. The above solution, using the about:config settings, does absolutely nothing. FF just reloads back without the "Most Visited" button and there is nowhere to drag addresses to.

The Bookmarks toolbar is empty - No "Most Visited", No "Getting Started" and No "latest Headlines".

I tried to enclose an image but it returned an error!

It seems I must have had some corruption as I did a restore to default in the side bar settings. The aforementioned items returned.
