I accidently deleted a page from the Most Visited folder by opening the folder and right clicking on the page and selecting Delete This Page. How do I get it back?

I tried deleting and recreating the entire Most Visited smart bookmark folder by first right clicking the Most Visited folder then deleting the folder then going to about:config and changing browser.places.smartBookmarksVersion from 2 to 0; but after restarting the browser it just comes back as 2. It seems to be "remembering" this deleted page and it no longer shows up in the Most Visited folder.
