Easy You Tube Video Downloader not showing up

I've downloaded Easy You Tube Video Downloader, and it shows up in Tools/Add-ons. But I see no little icons anywhere on my main browser window, and can't see anything that seems relevant when I'm on a You Tube page. So How do I access/use this program?

I tried emailing the developer, <info@free-video-downloader.com>, but it bounced. And I made the mistake of giving a donation in advance!!
