I delete all when sign off, The performance of the connon is slow to load trustes sites how can all cookies be save fro some sites but all other sites be deleated?

Firefox is slower than internet explore 8. I delete all when I close FireFox. I think I want to do is clear all cookies except some sites. Example USAIR is a trusted site it takes a long time to load. If I go into internet explorer clean out temporary internet file Internet explorer take time to load. How do you clean out everything except some select sites?
