When different pages load up, very often the "buttons" like "yes" "no" "go" "proceed" "cancel" anything do not show. I have to move mouse around until the pointer changes to a finger and hope I'm clicking right thing. On my checking account site, I can't even get the sub boxes to open which makes it useless. I've switched over to Internet Browser in order to transact my business.

First check to see if an extension or theme is causing the problem. To do that follow the procedure in the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article.

If that does not help, try creating a new profile, Firefox stores user data in the profile, creating a new profile will show if the problem is in your old profile. For details see Creating a new Firefox profile on Windows - MozillaZine Knowledge Base. If the new profile works you can copy selected data to the new profile as shown in the Transferring data to a new profile article. Do not copy the preferences or extensions, it is best to re-install extensions.
