Firefox crashes when uploading files (images to ebay) repeatedly. Platform Mac OS Snow Leopard Hardware Macbook Pro

Hi, 

  We are using Firefox 3.6.13 running on a new Macbook Pro. This system has no other loaded software, beyond the factory load, and so far has only been used for eBay work.  

   Firefox crashes when uploading image files.  This has happened repeatedly, and we have sent the crash reports.  

  Any help will be appreciated

had this problem running on xp pro`,, crashed when uploading photos to facebook & ebay!found in my case that adobe reader required updating ..once updated all was fine!
