when printing internet site converted to *.tif file, want printed as document

When I go to print a webpage or an email message, it gets converted to a TIF file and then I must save it in My Documents, then open it print it with the photo printing wizard. This never used to happen, nor does it happen when I use Explorer. How do I get back to the simple document printing of these site?

{Ctrl + P} - is your printer selected in the Printer - Name box??
