How do I allow pop-ups for all web sites?

I cannot get ANY pop ups to work.

You also need to figure out if a security application is blocking pop-ups. Some security suites come with a pop-up blocker which could block a pop-up before it even gets to Firefox. IMO, you should turn off that blocker and use the one that is in Firefox.
