How can I configure FF 3.6 to allow file to save cookie? TiddlyWiki isn't useable without this setting!

TiddlyWiki. To work correctly the html-file must have the right to save cookies. When this is a local file some FF-setting must be changed otherwise FF will ask for cookie confirmation for each edit. What setting must be set to what value?

Found some info concerning how to give local file rights in FF but no information on what privilege should be declared.

I found a possible work around by using the CookieSaverPlugin, unfortunately I have been unable to actually make it work so far.
