I can't bookmark a new page and for previous bookmarks suddenly the html address has changed to something random. What's the problem?

I tried to bookmark a new page, but it wouldnt do it. I also tried to look at previous bookmarks I had saved, but somehow the relevant html address has changed to something completely random which has affected most of my bookmarks. Why is that happening?
