For some reason certain headlines, or fonts in bold appear in a very strange font. I have no idea why. How do I clear this?

For some reason all headlines fonts, or fonts that are meant to be BOLD, come up in a quirky script. I have no idea why, and cannot view the typeface that is supposed to viewed on any given website. For instance on nytimes.com, all the headlines are in a crazy script. How do I clear this?

The fonts aren't corrupted. I've attached a png to show an example.
