why won't update work 203 error

everytime I try to install this comes up Firefox could not install the file at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/downloads/file/97325/aniweather-0.8.1-fx.xpi?src=api&confirmed=1 because: Unexpected installation error Review the Error Console log for more details. -203 I don't know what that is or means it does this for every update i try to install
