ActiveX is an Internet Explorer control system, it will not work in Firefox.
Your plugins list shows outdated plugin(s) with known security and stability risks.
- Java Plug-in 1.6.0_11 for Netscape Navigator (DLL Helper)
Update the Java plugin to the latest version.
- http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp#jdk (you need JRE)
Thanks I didn't know that. I just installed Firefox last week. It was taking so long to show my downloads, a friend told me about this. So I tried it. I don't know what is causing the error. For sure. Thanks GL
Thanks, do I just click on the address and go there? I am just a little green when it comes to going out and doing. I will try that. Thanks, GL
Oh My Gosh, Which one, Windows offline Install jre-6u21-windows-i586.exe
or Optional files Windows Kernel Install jre-6u21-windows-i586-iftw-k.exe
or windows online install jre-6u21-windows-i586-iftw-ru.exe
Thanks, GL
Uninstalling the current Java version reinstalling the latest update is usually much quicker than updating (seconds to install a new version versus several minutes for an update).
Hi, I went to control panel. It shows Java's as follows, JAVA (TM) 6 update 3
ditto 5 ditto 6 ditto 7 ditto 21 JAVA (TM) SE Runtime Enviorment
I should uninstall all of them, correct? I wish I knew. Thanks, Gala Lass
