Firefox wont even open - it keeps messaging a crash report with a Build ID20100315083431,

Everytime I go to open Mozilla it crashes and gives a crash report. The details of the report are below: Build ID 20100315083431 Crash time 1281076771 Email; landscapehunter@optusnet.com.au Install time 1271214804 Product name Firefox Seconds since crash 333 Start up time 1281076770 URL Vendor Mozilla version 3.5.9

Try uninstalling this build and get the latest version from www.mozilla.com Also, please note that mozilla gives 3.6.8 as the latest download and not 3.6.9. See here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
