how do I get rid of "sonic update manager" at sign on

after sign on at desktop I get the window "Sonic Update Manager" it is stating "the feature you are trying to use is on a Cd-Rom or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the "sonic update manager" disk and click OK

Every time Firefox opened
