"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now" "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

I have been visiting a particular site on computer before and it worked perfectly. Two weeks ago it started showing "problem loading page" recently it started showing "no suitable nodes are available to serve your request". I use a Windows 7 operating system. Please what do i do?
