Chosen solution

Robert, if AT&T says that you need to change Firefox profile settings, you need not actually view the Profile folder. All you have to do is change the Firefox settings by clicking on Tools at the top of Firefox and then selecting Options. When you change the Firefox settings this way, they are automatically saved into your Profile folder.

In case you wish to reset your Firefox settings to what they were at the time Firefox was installed, please follow the instructions in this article: Reset Firefox preferences to troubleshoot and fix problems.

Anyway, just for your knowledge, you can view this article to find out how to locate your profile folder: How to find your profile.
