When I use the ctrl + enter shortcut, but rather than a .com completion, I am sent to a Gameztar Search page (due to spyware that has now been deleted). How do I reset my shortcuts (as this is no longer a problem in Chrome or IE)?

My friend accidentally downloaded a spyware client to my computer. After multiple scans with different programs most of the effects (pop-ups, etc) are gone. Settings that were changed (homepage and shortcuts) need to be restored manually. I have solved this program with Chrome and IE, but I do not know how to reset keyboard shortcuts to default. Please advise.
