Firefox Certificate Manager is not listed in the View Certificate tab. Should it be. I have instructions for getting a certificate that requires it to be selected.

The "Firefox Certificate Manager" is not listed in the View Certificate selection within the Encryption tab. Instructions I have for installing a certain certificate say to select the Firefox Certificate Manager . But I can't.

Every time Firefox opened

You can click the "View Certificates" button to open the Firefox Certificate Manager. Tools > Options > Advanced > Encryption: Certificates > View Certificates
