Hello Afshin.

If those videos use the HTML5 video technology (which they probably don't), you can simply rightclick them and select "Save Video as...".

If those videos are running on Flash or a similar plugin, you need an extension that let's you "extract" those videos from that plugin. I myself use an extension called UnPlug and it's fantastic and works almost everywhere relevant. It's pretty easy to use too.
