Printing an email in Mozilla is so small I need a magnifying glass to read it.

When I print emails they are so small I need a magnifying glass to read it. I don't have this problem in Internet Explorer.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

Change the Scale. File > Page Setup - Scale

I have the problem with printing a web page and email. I didn't have this problem when I first started using Mozilla Firefox. Seems like every update that I've been sent and downloaded I have more problems. Why even update if this continues to be a problem.
