I use Google.com.au as my home page. The Google icon has stopped appearing.

I use Firefox as my browser and Google .com.au as my home page. A few days ago the Google icon on the web page stopped appearing. but is still visible on the images or video pages. I have not been able to find how to restore it. Can anyone help?

Hello Malcom.

Try clearing your cache (Tools > Clear Recent History, and select cache). If this doesn't help, you may be having a problem with some extension or plugin that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

Thanks Morbus, I tried clearing the cache and disabling add-ons but didn't solve the problem.

That is weird... Does the icon show on other browsers? It may be a temporary problem with Google itself...
