I have downloaded the firefox 3.6.3, however My macbook, OS 10.6.3 has dialogue box reading" The following disk image couldn't be opened reason, not recognized. What are the next steps?

Hello John.

If you downloaded the installer from the official website (or Mozilla's FTP servers) and are sure that it is not corrupt, I believe you should ask Apple for support.

you are right, It some time happen. once i have also faced some problem then i have re install firefox 3.6.3 and get success.

So you dont worry.

I think you should re install firefox 3.6.3. You will not get problem in next time.
