Chosen solution

Maybe if you do a system restore, but is if its been a few weeks ago i doubt you can go back that far, why not just create another password

As far as I know, you can't get them. Since you chose not to save them, Firefox didn't.

A system restore won't help with files in the Firefox profile folder and if you have never stored that password in Firefox then it has never been saved anyway. You will have the site to send you a new password by email by clicking a forgot my password link on those websites.
