My File Bookmark Tools Help & other icons disappeared how do I get them back?
The line across the top of the screen with File -Bookmark Tools - Help - etc disappeared
This happened
Every time Firefox opened

Hit the Alt key (Cmd for Mac) to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
