Some sites will not let me access them unless I turn off my vpn. Lowes for example. How can I tell my vpn it is ok?

What is Lowes ?

The free Fx VPN is a proxy so it could be th e server you are connecting to is the issue, and nothing to do with Fx

It's most likely the other way around. Lowe's uses automated traffic protections so your VPN does not fit into the usual residential traffic they allow.
