Hi, I'm trying to move from outlook and use thunderbird. But every time I try to login using my outlook email account I get an 'authentication error'. I tried to look online for the solution, but haven't found it.

I tried to link a gmail account and it worked without any problem. Is only outlook account that is not working for some reason. At first it opened a microsoft page for login, but it closes automatically before I could log in .

found the solution. Enable the IMAP on web outlook settings
