My latest upgrade on Kubuntu 26.04 is marked as BETA 155.0

The latest Snap update on my Kubuntu laptop is marked as a BETA version. I haven't selected the BETA stream. I like to keep track of changes at each install and there's no Release Notes available.

Is this an error at your end or do I need to change something to get back to a stable version?

As of September 1st the current Firefox Release from Mozilla is Firefox 155.0 and the current version on Beta channel is 156.0b1

I only use the official Linux tarballs from Mozilla (as it gets internal updates from Mozilla) and none of the package or snap or such builds from distros and such.

The question seems to be actually about Thunderbird, not Firefox. See Channel Choices for Thunderbird Snap and Flatpak
