Are Firefox updates automatic on start up?

Mozilla only provides internal updates in Firefox with the official builds for Windows, macOS and Linux (tarball archive) from say https://www.firefox.com/download/all/

You appear to be using a package build of Firefox 141.0 as your Firefox UserAgent or UA used to post this forum thread shows Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:141.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/141.0

If you are not getting anymore Firefox updates in your package manager then your version of Linux distro may be EOL is software packages support from repositories. You will have to either update your Linux distro to a supported version to get package updates or use the Firefox version from Mozilla. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux
